Heidts Rod Shop's 2-inch drop spindles are engineered to lower your 1967-1969 Camaro, improving both aesthetics and performance. Crafted from high-strength steel, these spindles are the strongest in the industry, ensuring durability and reliability. The design raises the upper ball joint by 1.5 inches, resulting in better camber change during suspension movement, enhancing handling and cornering stability. These spindles are compatible with Heidts tubular control arms and are suitable for GM A-Body and F-Body vehicles, including 1967-1969 Camaro, 1967-1969 Firebird, 1968-1974 Nova, and 1964-1972 Chevelle models. Please note that these spindles are designed for use with disc brakes only. Installation may require slight grinding of the control arms to ensure proper fitment. A 1-inch or 1-1/16-inch bore master cylinder with a power booster is recommended for optimal braking performance. For manual brakes, a 7/8-inch bore master cylinder is suggested. A proportioning valve will also be required to balance the front and rear brakes.
