Flaming River - Microsteer Electric Power Steering Assist

The Flaming River Microsteer Electric Power Steering Assist is a universal electric power-assisted steering system designed to retrofit virtually any vehicle's manual steering setup. This system eliminates the need to change the steering rack or install a hydraulic system, providing a seamless upgrade to power steering. The unique Microsteer Tuning Box allows for adjustable assistance via a rotary potentiometer or can be made speed-sensitive by connecting a wheel speed signal. The kit includes a Motor/Gearbox (MGU), Electronic Control Unit (ECU), Tuning Box, and Wiring Harness. Input and output shafts are 11/16"-36 spline. Recommended U-Joints/Couplers are available separately. Operating voltage is nominal 13.8V DC, with a maximum current draw of 30 Amps. The system weighs 9.70 lbs (4.4 kg) and offers a maximum torque output of 32Nm (24 lb.ft).
