The Alpinestars SP+ Shoe brings Formula 1-derived features to a more accessible price point, combining leather and suede construction for a balance of softness and durability. Its rubber outsole, inspired by asymmetric tire treads, is water-repelling and oil-resistant, offering high levels of grip. The dual closure system includes an adjustable hook and loop strap alongside traditional laces with a hidden loop system, ensuring a personalized and secure fit. Strategically placed perforation zones on the lateral and medial sides, along with perforated tongue padding, enhance breathability and comfort. The para-aramidic tubular lining provides excellent heat resistance, while the collar and tongue padding made from nitrile rubber contribute to comfort and lightness. The thin rubber outsole, derived from Formula 1’s Race Program, delivers exceptional pedal feel and sensitivity, with a textured pattern ensuring optimal grip. Certified to FIA 8856-2018 homologation standard.
