Eastwood's Radiator Black Paint in Satin Finish is engineered to deliver a factory-quality appearance to your vehicle's radiator while maintaining its cooling efficiency. Unlike standard engine paints that can be too thick and hinder heat transfer, this acrylic enamel is formulated with the right viscosity to ensure it won't block airflow between cooling fins or interfere with heat dissipation. The satin finish offers a subtle sheen, closely resembling the original factory look of modern plastic tank radiators. Resistant to temperatures up to 300°F, as well as under-hood chemicals and chipping, this durable enamel ensures long-lasting protection and aesthetics. Each 12 oz aerosol can covers approximately six square feet, with most radiators requiring two cans for complete coverage. For optimal results, it's recommended to apply the paint in a well-ventilated area and allow a full cure time of 72 hours at a thickness of 0.5 - 1.0 MIL.
