The Jet Performance Low Temp. Thermostat 180 Degree is engineered to lower engine temperatures, thereby extending engine life and delivering a denser air/fuel mixture that boosts horsepower. This thermostat allows the engine to operate at peak efficiency under various driving conditions. Unlike factory 195-degree thermostats that cycle open and closed, reducing cooling efficiency, the Jet 180-degree thermostat provides consistent engine cooling and precise water metering throughout the engine. Constructed of durable stainless steel, it offers reliability and longevity. This thermostat is a direct replacement for the factory thermostat and is compatible with GM GenV LT-Series engines from 2014 to 2016.
