Description
The Holley 4500 In-Line Billet Electric Fuel Pump delivers a robust 200 GPH flow rate, making it ideal for high-performance carbureted and EFI applications. Constructed from durable billet aluminum, this pump features dual 10 AN O-ring inlets and a single 10 AN O-ring outlet, ensuring superior sealing and high flow capacity. Its compact design (7.66” L x 5” W x 2.5” H) allows for easy installation in tight spaces, and it's fully submersible for in-tank applications. Compatible with 12V to 18.5V systems, this pump supports up to 1800 HP in EFI setups and 2100 HP in carbureted configurations. The twin pump design allows for independent or simultaneous operation, with the second pump activatable on demand for power adders like nitrous or boost. Proven to withstand over 3,000 hours in race gas or diesel fuels, this pump is a reliable choice for both street and race use.
Disclaimer
Not designed for use on aircraft of any type. Proper fuel system engineering is critical for maximum performance. Please refer to the Holley Fuel System Chart for information about proper installation of your fuel system. To reduce fuel temperatures and vapor lock issues, it is recommended to operate these pumps using one pump for daily driving and low power levels and bring the second pump in with a pressure switch or other device when fuel flow needs increase. This will reduce heating of the fuel load by eliminating excess fuel circulating to the front of the vehicle, through the fuel rails, and back to the tank. Will work with E-85! These pumps do not have an internal bypass. A bypass style regulator and return line are required. This pump is not designed to use a standard conical seat style union in the inlet or outlet of the pump. Use of this style fitting will block flow and WILL lead to poor performance and pump failure. The ONLY correct fitting to use is a contoured port fitting with an O-ring seal.
