Allstar Performance - SBC Short Water Pump Pre-69 5/8in Shaft

The Allstar Performance SBC Short Water Pump is a popular choice for pre-1969 small block Chevrolet applications. This mechanical water pump is constructed with a durable aluminum body to reduce weight compared to original cast iron pumps. The pump features a 3/4" main shaft and bearings with a 5/8" pilot, and comes with a billet steel hub drilled for both small and large fan bolt patterns. Ideal for street and mild performance vehicles, it offers a block mount to fan hub dimension of 5-5/8". Note: It's not recommended for use with mechanical fans exceeding 5,000 RPM, and may require clearance adjustments for use with 8" dampers.
