The Boundary Racing Pump Oil Pump with Billet Gear is engineered for 1.6L I4 Ford and Mazda engines, offering increased oil flow and pressure. Featuring larger, stronger gears and a shimmed design, it raises maximum warm oil pressure from 60 PSI to 70 PSI, ensuring optimal performance under demanding conditions. Each pump undergoes thorough inspection, cleaning, and assembly, including hand de-burring and the use of mirror-finished gear sets. Stainless Torx fasteners are torqued to specification, with Loctite applied to prevent loosening. Anaerobic sealant is used to boost pump-up speed and reduce aeration, while assembly lubricant ensures rapid oil flow upon startup. Parts are blueprinted and issued with a specification sheet, guaranteeing quality and reliability.
