The Ferrea 6000 Series Competition Intake Valve is engineered for high-performance Ford 2.3L engines. With a 1.740-inch head diameter, 11/32-inch stem diameter, and 4.870-inch overall length, this valve is crafted from EV8 stainless steel using a two-step slow forging process. It undergoes special heat-treatment and stress-relieving processes, features hard chrome stems, friction-welded hard tips, and a swirl-polished head for enhanced airflow. Designed to withstand high spring pressures and roller cams, it offers superior fatigue resistance and tensile strength, making it ideal for drag and oval track racing applications.
