The Comp Cams Sb Ford Cam 268H (Hyd) is a High Energy Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft designed for 221-302 cubic inch Small Block Ford engines from 1963-1995. It provides mid-range power and a mild rough idle, making it ideal for daily driven performance vehicles. The camshaft operates within a 1,500 to 5,500 RPM range and features a valve lift of 0.456 inches for both intake and exhaust. A compression ratio of 9.0:1 or higher, slightly lower gears, and a 1,900+ stall speed torque converter are recommended for optimal performance. Note: Stock (O.E.) valve springs cannot be used with this camshaft.
