Description
The Earls Weld-Less Fuel Return Fitting (Part Number: EAR166025ERL) offers a seamless solution for adding a fuel return line to existing fuel tanks without the need for welding. Crafted from 6061 billet aluminum, this fitting is compatible with steel or aluminum tanks up to 1/8 inch thick. Its low-profile design accommodates 6AN, 8AN, 5/16-inch, or 3/8-inch hose barb adapters (sold separately). The integrated 3/8-inch hose barb effectively routes returning fuel below surface level, eliminating overhead splash and maintaining consistent fuel pressure by preventing air from entering the fuel system. The knurled ribbed body helps prevent rotation during installation. Suitable for use with pump gas and E85 fuels, this fitting installs on flat horizontal surfaces mounted on top of the tank. Each kit includes a fixed and flexible in-tank fuel return tube, a 6AN ORB plug, and all necessary installation hardware.
