The CVR Performance 12 Volt Electric Vacuum Pump is engineered for vehicles with engine combinations that provide little or no manifold vacuum required for braking. When vacuum drops below 15 inches, the pump activates, increasing the vacuum level to 20 inches. This self-contained unit is precision-machined from T6-6061 billet aluminum and features a black hard anodized finish for extended wear and corrosion resistance. It operates with 20% less noise and vibration compared to similar pumps and delivers 50% more vacuum than diaphragm-style pumps. Installation is straightforward, with self-contained electronics and a built-in relay that connects directly to the key switch. The pump draws 6 amps at 12 volts and weighs 5.5 lbs.
