The Canton Pontiac Oil Pan serves as a stock replacement designed with a rear sump and 5-quart system capacity, perfect for all Pontiac V8 engines. It retains all stock oil pan dimensions and consists of 14 ga. steel construction with cadmium plating for excellent durability. This oil pan includes a slosh baffle, windage tray, and double trap door baffles to ensure optimal oil control. Suitable for applications with the pickup at the flywheel end of the engine, it features a 1/2" NPT drain fitting and provision for a pan-mounted dipstick. Ideal for maintaining performance while providing corrosion protection with powder coating and brass plugs.
