Brian Tooley Racing - GEN V Supercharger Cam - Stage 2

The Brian Tooley Racing (BTR) GEN V Stage 2 Supercharged Camshaft is engineered to deliver exceptional power and torque throughout the RPM curve. Ideal for 5.3L to 6.2L Gen V LT engines equipped with centrifugal or positive displacement superchargers, this camshaft offers an aggressive idle while maintaining drivability suitable for daily use. Developed in-house, BTR's proprietary lobe designs have undergone rigorous Spintron and engine dyno testing to ensure superior performance, valvetrain stability, and durability. The camshaft features a 38% fuel lobe and is designed to be locked out; BTR recommends using their VVT lockout bushing for optimal results. To accommodate the high valve lift and increased RPM potential, the use of BTR dual or conical spring kits is required, and hardened pushrods are recommended for power-adder applications. For optimal drivability, an aftermarket torque converter is advised.
