The B&M Transpak is designed to enhance the performance of 1970-1982 Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury C4 automatic transmissions. This kit recalibrates your transmission, providing full manual control and firmer shifts. It allows downshifting at any speed and holding first gear to your desired speed, which is beneficial for modified engines, towing, or driving downhill with heavy loads. The Transpak offers two stages: Stage 1 (Heavy Duty) for street rods and regular passenger vehicles, and Stage 2 for dual-purpose performance vehicles and off-road use. Note: Stage 3 is for competition use only and not recommended for street applications.
