The B and M Automotive Flexplate Sfi C/M Gm Ls Engine (Except Truck) is engineered to meet the demands of high-performance applications. Constructed from high tensile strength steel, it resists elongation and cracking, ensuring durability under extreme conditions. This flexplate features a 168-tooth ring gear with double-sided welds for added strength and includes 10.75 and 11.06-inch converter mounting locations. It is SFI 29.1 certified, making it suitable for both street and race applications. The zinc-plated chromate finish enhances corrosion resistance, extending the product's lifespan. Compatible with GM LS-Series engines, including 1997-up 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, and 6.0L engines with a 6-bolt crankshaft flange, as well as 2010-15 Camaro models with the L99 engine. Note: Not compatible with 1999-00 6.0L applications with a 0.400-inch extended crank flange/flat flexplate or 1999-00 4.8L engines originally equipped with a manual transmission. A flexplate spacer is required for retrofitting non-LS era transmissions to LS engines.
